What are Rank Points?
Rank Points (RPs) are used to determine your rank in Elite Benefits. You will earn RPs by playing in raked ring games, and by paying tournament fees. For every Rank Point you earn, you will also earn Combat Points.
The number of Combat Points you can earn for every Rank Point depends on your rank in Elite Benefits. Note that while you earn Combat Points for every Rank Point earned, you do not earn Rank Points for every Combat Point earned.
This means if you earn extra Combat Points through a promotion, or through a rank bonus, you will not receive extra Rank Points. You can earn extra Combat Points without earning Rank Points, but the only way to earn Rank Points is to play real-money poker.
Can I lose my rank?
Yes, but if you keep playing the way you have been playing, there is no reason to lose it. Your Captain, Major and Colonel Rank lasts until the end of the calendar month that follows the month in which you qualified. For example, if you have earned 3,000 RPs from May 1st through May 20th, you will achieve Major Status for June. Your status will last until the end of June. If you have earned enough Rank Points in June, you will keep your status. Or if you have earned enough Rank Points for the next status, we will move you up a rank.
What is I don't earn enough Rank Points this month to qualify for my status next month? Do I still get the bonus CPs for this month?
Why do I see two Rank Points counters in my account?
We keep track of both your monthly and your yearly Rank Points. We reset your monthly Rank Point counter at the start of every month, so you will need to earn the same number of Rank Points you did last month to maintain your rank in the program (or earn more to move up a rank). Your yearly Rank Point counter tracks all Rank Points earned since January 1st. Your yearly tally is used to determine entry into our Top-Tier ( General or 5-Star General ) and to help you earn cash rewards through our Medals of Achievement.
Why does it look like my points balance went down?
Why can't see the new Loyalty Program in the Rewards Tab?
RakeBack players are not allowed to enjoy the benefits of our new Loyalty Program. If any RakeBack player decides to, a one-time account conversion to the loyalty program is possible, simply contact support@yapoker.eu , we will be more than glad to help in the transition, and start getting rewarded based on weighted contributed rake methodology.
Do Rank Points expire?
Yes, they do. When you check your rank, you will see two RP counters – a monthly and a yearly one. The monthly counter is reset on the first of each month. The yearly counter resets every January 1st. We use the monthly one to determine your rank month-to-month, and the yearly one to determine whether you have achieved General or 5-Star General status at the end of the year.
Can I transfer Rank Points?
No, Rank Points are tied directly to your account. They cannot be transferred to other players, nor can they be exchanged for cash.
Can I buy into tourneys with Rank Points?
No, Rank Points are simply used to track your rank in the program and determine the rewards you are eligible for.
Where do I find out what my military rank is?
No, Rank Points are simply used to track your rank in the program and determine the rewards you are eligible for.
What color settings can be supported?
Because we use high resolution graphics, you’ll need your computer to be set to “High Color (16 bit)” or higher.
Can I purchase items or enter tournaments with Rank Points?
No, Rank Points are used exclusively to track your rank. To buy items from the store, you will need to use your Combat Points.
What are Combat Points?
Combat Points are earned alongside Rank Points. The number of Combat Points you will earn each month depends on your rank. Combat Points are a spendable currency.
Will my Combat Points ever expire?
Yes, they will expire if you have not earned at least one Combat Point within one calendar year. All it takes is one Combat Point to keep your Combat Point account active, so you will not have to worry as long as you love to play poker.
